***FIRST CLASS SERVICE AND CAR***

We needed a new family car and we settled on the V40. As we don’t change car’s very often a tall we were cautious of going from dealer to dealer after a few bad examples and not too trust worthy salesman. We found a local motor trader Kentmere who’s ran by Tony. He was excellent, he was very thorough over the telephone explaining the process and how it works with the distancing etc with CV-19. The car was just as described in perfect condition. Tony didn’t push the hard sell and gave us the night without any sales jargon to put pressure on us. Once we decided to go ahead we paid securely over bank transfer and Tony had the car dropped off to minimize non essential travel on our behalf. I was travelling long distance so this was all important to ensure I did not have a wasted journey.
